I question your use of the adjective, “affordable (places to eat)”, and then limiting your recommendation, exclusively, to the downtown/strip area??!? I’ve been to Cabo (quite a bit) and they have a good happy hour for the strip. I think you left out Chateau Gardens (at The Paris), they have great lunch specials. The Yard house would’ve also made my list. And I’d a definitely included Batista’s! I’ve lived in ‘Vegas since ’08 and, other than Cabo, none of these places are in my routine. I’ll be back!
